Community
Community is the most important aspect of life at all ages. You need to a community that surrounds you with a good, supportive, and safe group of people. That's what we are doing at Yoga Now. Yoga Now is intentionally creating, growing, and developing the yoga community.
Practice
Finally, a place to practice any time of the day with any number of people. Just what the community needs. Getting kids started young and enabling dancers to continue in their dance growth is our passion. We also have opportunities like our Post Nash Bash, where you can leave Nashville North if it's busy with some friends and dance the night away (literally, you could dance all night). These are member-led, which means if you have a membership, you can bring friends; while you get in free, it's only 5 bucks for your guests.
FUN!
No matter if your kids are coming to our dance socials or you're using our practice facilities to improve your dance we are looking forward to having fun with you.
